WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to a number of countries worldwide. We post inland (United Kingdom) and also to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not shown, please get in touch with us and we can advise if we ship to your country. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU & NORTHERN IRELAND?
On 13th December 2024, the EU introduced the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) concerning the safety of products.
The new regulations do not apply to products that were already available for sale on the EU or NI market before 13th December 2024. They remain exempt from the new EU regulations, as these products comply with the old General Product Safety Regulations 2005. Confused? Absolutely!
Due to the fact that we now have many products which fall under the old regulations and others which fall under the new regulations, we have taken the decision to no longer offer shipping to Northern Ireland or the EU.
If you are in Northern Ireland or the EU and would like to order, please contact us and we can advise what products are currently available to ship to you.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shop prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added at the checkout and is calculated on the weight of your order. Magazines vary in weight so the quickest way to calculate the shipping cost is to select the item(s) you want to purchase, click "Add to basket" and proceed to the checkout. Enter your address details and choose the country you would like the items delivered to. You will then see the Postage section showing the shipping prices. This can be done before you reach the final checkout stage. You can browse our prices on the Shipping Rates page.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays). See below for estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
United Kingdom
Tracked 24 (with Signature) (1-2 days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 day)
DHL / Fedex / UPS (1-2 days)
All countries outside the United Kingdom
Air Mail Tracked (7-10 days)
UPS / FedEx (3-6 days)
I LIVE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM - WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature), Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier delivery (DHL/Fedex/UPS).
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature) requires a signature on delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature on delivery) and courier delivery (either by DHL, Fedex or UPS). If you are not available to sign for the item at the time of delivery, the delivery person will let you know a delivery has been attempted.
NOTE: Royal Mail will hold items for 7-14 days before returning them to us.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM - WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES?
All items are mailed from the United Kingdom by Air Mail Tracked or UPS/FedEx. Select the shipping method you require at the checkout. Air Mail Tracked provides tracking and in some cases (depending on country) a signature on delivery.
We offer UPS/FedEx to USA, Canada and a few other countries. UPS/FedEx deliveries are fully trackable at every stage of the journey. We can also offer UPS/FedEx to all other countries if required. Just contact us for further details.
Packages mailed to the United Arab Emirates require a PO Box address.
NOTE: In some countries, import duties and taxes may apply and you are advised to check these details yourself before placing an order. We have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for further information.
I HAVE PAID FOR A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE. HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once we have dispatched your item, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can then track the progress of your parcel online.
I NEED AN ITEM URGENTLY. CAN I SELECT NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
At the moment we do not offer next-day delivery. If your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and we can advise how quickly we can dispatch to you.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. When you place an order, at the checkout select the option: "Is this the address you want your order delivered to?".
If you would like the order sent to a different address, simply enter the address you would like the order delivered to.
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
Newspapers and magazines from our store are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty or misrepresented (as per the Consumer Cancellation Rights).
