Fair to good condition for age - there is light age wear to front cover and tiny crease at bottom corner - the paper at the bottom of the spine is damaged and page edges are visible (see photo below) - slight tearing to paper at top of spine - tiny tear at top of rear cover - all pages inside in very good condition
