Fair/good condition for age - there is age wear to front cover with more significant age wear towards edge of cover with a few tiny tears down edge - scuffing at top of spine - one-inch of paper is missing at bottom of spine (revealing page edges) - three-inch tear at bottom of rear cover (extending up the spine) - there is a name written in feint pencil at top of rear cover - inside pages all in great condition
