Fair condition for age - there is age wear to front cover with a one-inch tear at the bottom of the cover (at the spine) - there is some light staining to top area of front cover - two-inch tear at bottom of rear cover (at spine) and also small portion of paper missing - age wear to rear cover with feint name written in pencil at top of rear cover - bottom split tear along the spine and affects all pages - there a small tear/scuffing to edge of some pages throughout
