Fair to good condition for age - there is some light age wear/surface creasing to front cover - tiny tear at top of rear cover (at spine) - there is a three-inch tear to the paper at the bottom of the spine revealing all pages edges (this could possibly be glue-repaired) - all pages inside in great condition
