Fair to good condition for age - there is some light scuffing around edges of pages - tiny piece of paper missing at bottom of spine - small stain towards bottom of front cover - one line of an address has been written in pencil towards bottom of rear cover - some light wear to paper on spine - yellowing to some pages throughout - very light dog-earing to page edges
