Good condition for age - there are two diagonal creases to top corner of front cover and a tiny tear at the top of the front cover - tiny tear at edge of front cover - tiny tear at bottom of rear cover - unfortunately, due to age, the glue on the spine has cracked and the pages 'fall open' at pages 298-299 - pages 297-298 only consist of half-a-page (I am guessing a half-page has been torn out here - see photo)
